Policy Overview

Clear Terms. Better Events.

Booking an order confirms that the renter has reviewed and accepted the policies applicable to the reservation, delivery, installation, use and pickup of rental equipment.

01

Reservations

Equipment and event dates are confirmed only after the required deposit has been paid.

02

Equipment Care

The renter is responsible for rental equipment from delivery until Nexgen Party Rentals completes pickup.

03

Safety & Weather

Unsafe weather, improper supervision or an unsuitable setup area may require installation changes, deflation or cancellation.

Welcome to Nexgen Party Rentals. By accessing nexgenpartyrentals.com or placing a rental order, the customer or renter agrees to the following terms and conditions.

02

Bookings & Deposits

  • All reservations are subject to equipment, crew and delivery availability.
  • A reservation is confirmed only after the required non-refundable deposit has been received.
  • Paying a deposit reserves the selected inventory and event date, making those items unavailable to other customers.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or at the time stated on the customer’s invoice or rental agreement.
  • Requested changes to products, quantities, delivery details or event dates remain subject to availability and may change the final price.
03

Damage Policy & Equipment Care

The renter is responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery or customer pickup until the equipment is returned or collected by Nexgen Party Rentals.

A

Damage Waiver

When offered and purchased, an optional non-refundable damage waiver may cover limited accidental wear and minor damage. It does not cover theft, disappearance, intentional damage, gross negligence, misuse or damage caused by prohibited substances or activities.

B

Professional Repair

If an item can be repaired, the renter is responsible for the reasonable professional repair cost, including applicable transportation, labor, parts, logistics and shipping.

C

Total Replacement

If equipment is lost, stolen, permanently stained, chemically damaged, cut, burned or otherwise considered beyond repair, the renter is responsible for the current replacement cost of an equivalent new item.

04

Safety, Supervision & Weather

  • Continuous supervision by a responsible adult age 18 or older is required whenever inflatables, water slides, jumpers or obstacle courses are being used.
  • Users must follow all posted rules, capacity limits, manufacturer instructions and directions provided by Nexgen Party Rentals.
  • Nexgen Party Rentals may refuse installation, suspend use, deflate equipment or cancel service when wind, rain, lightning, flooding, unstable ground, nearby hazards or other conditions are considered unsafe.
  • Weather decisions may be based on current conditions, forecasts, manufacturer requirements and the judgment of the installation team.
  • Silly String, face paint, sharp objects, open flames and other damaging substances or activities are prohibited on or near inflatables and rental equipment.
Silly String Warning

Silly String and similar chemical products can permanently damage inflatable vinyl. Damage caused by these products may result in full repair or replacement charges.

05

Equipment-Specific Rules

Inflatables & Water Slides

Adult supervision is required. Food, drinks, shoes, pets, sharp objects, face paint and unauthorized accessories are prohibited inside the units. Water may be used only with equipment specifically rented for wet use.

Residential Tents

The renter must disclose underground utilities, irrigation, electrical lines and other hazards before staking. Cooking, grilling, heating equipment and open flames are prohibited beneath or immediately beside tents unless specifically approved in writing.

Dance Floors & Artificial Grass

Flooring may not be moved, altered or removed after installation. The renter must prevent spills, wax, paint, adhesive, sharp objects and excessive loads from damaging the surface.

Tables, Chairs & Linens

Equipment may not be stood on, dragged, left in unsafe conditions or used for unintended purposes. Permanent stains, burns, candle wax, tears and missing items may result in repair or replacement charges.

Portable Restrooms

Units may not be relocated, tipped, vandalized or used for disposal of prohibited materials. The renter must provide safe, level and accessible placement for delivery and service.

Installed Equipment

Draping, lighting, tents, flooring and other installed items may not be moved, disconnected or modified after setup unless Nexgen Party Rentals gives permission.

06

Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity

The renter acknowledges that the use of tents, inflatables, water slides, obstacle courses, dance floors and other event equipment involves inherent risks. The renter agrees to supervise users, maintain a safe event site and follow all safety instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, the renter assumes responsibility for injuries, losses or property damage arising from the renter’s misuse, unauthorized relocation, inadequate supervision, violation of instructions or failure to provide a safe site.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived or limited, including responsibility for fraud, willful injury or violations of law.

07

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action relating to a Nexgen Party Rentals transaction must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in or serving Riverside County, California.

08

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits

Reservation deposits are non-refundable because they reserve inventory and the event date for the renter.

Standard Cancellations

A cancellation made more than seven days before the event may receive a credit equal to the deposit, valid toward a future rental occurring within six months, subject to availability.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation made within 48 hours of the event results in forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 20% of the total rental balance.

Weather Cancellations

Nexgen Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel or modify an installation when weather or site conditions are unsafe. If Nexgen Party Rentals cancels before setup, the customer will receive a credit of the deposit toward a future available date.

After Setup

Once equipment has been delivered, set up or installed, no refund or credit will be issued because of later weather changes, early event closure or unused rental time.

No-Show Or Inaccessible Site

The renter must be present when required and the setup area must be ready and accessible. The delivery team may wait up to 15 minutes before continuing to the next scheduled delivery. The order may then be treated as canceled and the full balance may remain due.

Customer Agreement

Booking Confirms Acceptance.

By paying a deposit, approving an invoice, completing checkout or accepting delivery, the renter confirms that these policies have been reviewed and accepted.
